You also contracted them to process a refund for you with the airline. That isn't free. They are charging you $200/ticket (from the link above) for that service. What the airline agrees to give you doesn't matter. You didn't book with the airline.

I dislike the more than double the rate for seat assignment Justfly charges compared to the airline charges. That on top of the charge Justfly charges for the service. In total, the airline charges for 8 seats selection (two passengers, four flights round trip) $254. JustFly is a SCAM. My personal experience: I have purchased a ticket to travel from NYC to Europe. However, personal circumstances forced me to later change my travel dates.
