The notice most probably will be from NBC. But you can try to contact Emma in a week or so. I got mine from NBC and in 1-2 weeks Emma told me which field office it is. If you didn't file medicals, you will get RFE from your field office. Some people say that i485 can stay at NBC and be adjudicated there.

If the I130 and the I485 were separated, there is a problem with the file and the adjudicating officer at the Chicago office should have rectified the issue by calling up the A file. If the I130 has been transferred back to the NBC , there seems to be a problem for which you could wait a very long time with inaction by USCIS.
