My heat doesn't work on start up and the display despite my effort to increase the temperature drops it to "Lo". The passenger side blows hot heat at the temperature I set. After about 15-20 minutes, I can get heat on the driver side.

The other way to do this is to have the the R-134a completely removed and apply a vacuum on the system and recharge with the proper amount of R-134a.
