But the best would be from your reloading manual check the powders for the bullet you are using and look at others results with that powder.You can use W571 in 147gr loads, too. BTW, I don't shoot/own a niner, but I've reloaded thousands for my neighbor and others (88g to 162gr, cast, coated, frangible and otherwise...) The relevant power factor is 125 for USPSA and IDPA, which for a 147 grain bullet is 850 fps, but better to be a bit over 900. N.
