I went with the 30 because the extra weight in the slide makes the recoil more managable and followup shots quicker. just looked it up - my p365 slide width is 0.90, G30/sf is 1.12, G30s is 1.0 So even the 30/sf is just under 1/4" wider. I cant see that making too much of a difference. The G30S is an incredible carry gun, but it has very little aftermarket support (when compared to other Glocks, lol), but changing calibers is difficult because of the G36 slide..
