The bigger problem was finding the grounding problem because wires are hard to access in door parts of the camper. My knob is off nearly 100 degrees - set to about 450 to get 350 temp. The best solution is an oven thermometer and a watchful eye. We used the oven in our unit last week and noticed exactly the same thing.
