DEX Pyro is a good build, but adding INT means sacrificing both END and VIT if you still want to have the fastest casting speed for Pyros while having a few attunement slots. It makes enemies like the darkwraith and even the abyss watchers pretty easy. It's very underrated. At least 24 attunement, and at least 40/40 int faith. Get your dex up to 45, that will increase your casting speed and give the scythe tons of damage.
