Feb 11, 2021 · FN 509 vs VP9 Concealed Carry. In comparing the FN 509 vs. the HK VP9, we’re going to look at two different 509 variants as opposed to the one HK VP9. The FN 509 is a normal size with a 17-round magazine, but the MRD( compact-length) variant of the gun holds a 15-round magazine.
What really stood out, was the weight. While not quite as crisp as the VP9, the APX trigger was noticeably lighter. I knew the APX was a good gun, I just expected it to be noticeably less good than the VP9. Turns out not to be the case at all. For my money, and my opinion, Beretta APX is absolutely on par with HK VP9. Beretta doesn't make crap.CZ - better ergos, better trigger out of the box which can also be vastly improved unlike the HK. The P10c is a compact and would better compared against the G19. HK VP9 vs Glock 19 Quality. The HK VP9 definitely seems to be a higher-quality pistol than the Glock 19. In my opinion, it is probably 10-percent higher in quality than the Glock 19 just from feel alone. Again, this is all opinion and there might not be an actual quality difference.
