Jul 4, 2023 · My amazon prime keeps crashing. I can’t watch anything without it crashing within the first five minutes and it’s infuriating. I’ve tried everything. From reinstalling, updating and refreshing to scrolling throughout entires movies to get them to load. Nothing works and this seems like a common problem amongst users.

Other times the video keeps going, and then the audio and subtitles freeze and then it crashes. I have had similar issues with Sling.tv app, crunchyroll, and Prime only on this Roku.
